I like Bob Evans in general so it was a no brainer for me to stop in here in between sales calls. I ordered the endless hot chocolate and the border omlette. I've never had the border omlette but the picture liked good. It was okay. I probably won't get it again. It reminded me of an omlette with chili on it. The waitress was to notch and the hour chocolate was awesome. Because I generally like the food at Bob Evans I am giving this one a star even though the border omlette was more 3 star worthy.

It is what it is and only caters to people who don't mind very bland food or just out of pure demand when there's nothing else around. From forgettable waitress service to a breakfast menu that offers a very limited variety with absolutely zero creativity in it's offerings. Overpriced, small portions and worst of all they didn't even have an eggs Benedict available?! Now I might be a breakfast snob as a frequent customer of Wolfgangs and real food cafe but still-bob Evans has no game.

Worst service iv ever had! Took us 45 minutes to get biscuits and gravy then when I went to pay the lady wouldn't take my check she literally went around me until I yelled at her to take my bill so I could leave. Worst place ever I will go anywhere but here.

As part of not being a self-described foodie, I'm not adverse to trying chain restaurants. Bob Evans is one of the reasons why. We stopped here while traveling and were not disappointed. Our meals were cooked well and tasted pretty good, to boot. Prices were in line with others places of this type. Portions ranged form enough to a bit much, so we were happy with that. Service was quick from seating to order taking to meal delivery to bringing the check to paying. I can't ask for better than that. The restaurant itself was clean and nicely appointed.

We stopped here on our way to Muskegon and had lunch. First off, we had to wait what I think was a very long time to be seated. Finally we got a table and ordered. Our food took ages to come and all we'd ordered were simple sandwiches. The food was so - so, not great. My fries were on the mushy sides, my grilled cheese extremely bland. Instead of bringing my soup out tome before my main meal came they brought it with my food and it was cold. Our waitress had personality minus, she never smiled, never acknowledged when I told her thank you as we left. The bathroom was disgusting, the dirtiest I've ever seen any bathroom in a public place. It did not look like it had been cleaned in weeks. In fact the whole place had a "dirty" feel to it, food smeared on the cards on the table, the floor littered with trash and food. Even the waitresses looked slovenly, with their tops not even tucked into their pants. We won't be back, that is for sure! (oh and my kids had the mac and cheese, it was so runny it was like cheese soup, they wouldn't even eat it!

I love Bob Evans, but what makes this place special is the long time wait staff. (Mainly Denise) She makes you feel like you're her favorite customer. (I mean I know we are, but I see others think the same thing) ;-) The food is great and they have a lot to offer.

The food is fine, average American fare. I have always had good service at Bob Evans and the deserts are fantastic. I highly recommend the pumpkin supreme pie!

While my wife really seems to like this restaurant, she does it suffering. I find nothing special about Bob Evans especially since I am not a biscuit and gravy sort of guy. I do occasionally enjoy lunch or dinner here since they make a great meatloaf.
